The Migali C-SP48-12-D-HC is a 48-inch refrigerated sandwich preparation table sized for delis, sub shops, salad bars, and any kitchen that builds sandwiches and salads on a line. The top rail accommodates 12 (1/6)-size pans of fillings (deli meats, cheeses, vegetables, condiments, dressings) directly above a 9.25-inch deep cutting board so the line can build to-order without breaking position. Below the rail, (4) refrigerated drawers and 2 stainless shelves give you backup cold storage for loaves, prepped portions, and gallon containers of sauce. The forced-air system holds the rail and cabinet at 33°F to 41°F through service, and the 90-degree hold-open feature on the drawers lets cooks restock without one-handed wrestling.

A forced-air evaporator pulls cold through the cabinet and rail evenly, so a tomato pan in the back stays as cold as a turkey pan in the front through a lunch rush.
