Adjustable Disc for Snow Ice and Crushed Ice
The shaving disc is adjustable between two positions: one for fine snow ice and one for coarser crushed ice. Snow ice works well for frozen cocktails, shaved ice desserts, and seafood display beds where you want a smooth, packed surface. Crushed ice is better for cocktails like mojitos and juleps where you want visible ice chunks that melt more slowly.
