Ventilated Chamber with Dual-Direction Conveyor
The ventilated baking chamber measures 19.6" x 29.5" x 3" and circulates heated air evenly around the product, so you get uniform browning on top and bottom without rotating pans or adjusting placement. The conveyor belt runs in both directions, which means you can load and unload from the same side if your kitchen layout is tight, or run a straight pass-through when space allows. Belt speed is adjustable from the control panel, letting you dial in bake times for different crust styles and toppings.

Both top and bottom heating elements are independently adjustable up to 662°F, so you can run higher heat on top for a crispy cheese finish while keeping the bottom temperature lower to avoid burning thin crusts. The 25-amp rated current means it fits within standard commercial electrical panels without requiring a dedicated transformer.
