Hydraulic Press with 9-Program Memory
Two separate hydraulic cylinders handle pressing and cutting independently. The first cylinder applies even pressure across the entire dough mass, and the second engages the cutting blades and rounding mechanism only after the press is complete. This two-stage approach means the dough is compressed uniformly before it is divided, so you get consistent piece weights across all 30 portions. The control panel lets you adjust pressing time, rounding time, and shaping chamber opening times separately, and the machine stores up to nine programs in memory. When you run different doughs throughout the day, switching recipes is a few button presses. A dedicated knife cleaning button clears the blades between batches so residual dough from one product does not carry into the next.
