The Omcan Santos 50XV1 is a commercial centrifugal juice extractor that produces up to 105 quarts of fresh juice per hour from whole fruits and vegetables. The 1 HP (800W) asynchronous motor spins the filter basket at 3,600 RPM, extracting maximum yield through a fine 0.02 in. sieve that delivers pulp-free juice without secondary straining. An extra-wide 3.12-inch feeding chute accepts whole apples, carrots, and tomatoes without pre-cutting, so your juice bar staff spends less time on knife work and more time serving customers.
Auto-Clean Basket and Ezy-Clean System
The XV1 model comes pre-installed with an auto-clean basket designed for intensive use and sticky pulped fruits like mango and pineapple. Unlike standard baskets that clog and need manual scraping between runs, the auto-clean design sheds pulp continuously so you can juice through a full rush without stopping to clean. The Ezy-clean system goes further: the bowl, basket, and cover all remove without tools and can go straight into a dishwasher. A 2-gallon pulp container catches spent fiber below the basket.
Silent Motor with Safety Interlocks
The asynchronous motor runs quietly enough to juice in front of customers at a bar or retail counter without disrupting conversation. A friction brake immediately stops the basket when you open the handle, and the electrical system cuts power to the motor at the same time. An internal thermal detector and overload protector guard against motor damage during extended runs. The 8.6-inch spout height clears glasses, jugs, and blender jars, so you can juice directly into your serving vessel or into a blender for smoothie prep.
