The Omcan BE-CN-2083-CSS is a stainless steel countertop dough sheeter with a 29.75-inch roller width, sized for bakeries and pizzerias that need to sheet croissant dough, pie crusts, and pizza skins without dedicating floor space to a full-size floor model. The reversible conveyor runs dough back and forth through the rollers automatically, thinning it in progressive passes from 1.38 in. down to 0.04 in. without you having to catch and re-feed the sheet by hand each time. With foldable infeed and outfeed tables, the entire machine collapses down to a 32" x 37" footprint when you are done, freeing up your prep counter for other work.
