1,500W Power Heating with 32°F Accuracy

The 1,500-watt element brings water up to the target temperature quickly and holds it with accuracy within 32°F, which is the level of precision that makes sous vide cooking reliable. A one-degree difference matters when you are cooking a steak to a specific doneness or pasteurizing an egg yolk without scrambling it. The temperature range of 32 to 194°F (0 to 194°C) covers everything from cold infusions to the upper limit of sous vide protein cooking.
