The oven cavity is large enough for multiple sheet pans and roasting pans at once, and the convection fan circulates hot air evenly so you get consistent browning across every rack position. The bake burner puts out 22,000 BTU for general roasting and baking, while the infrared broil burner at 16,500 BTU delivers intense top heat for finishing steaks, melting cheese, and crisping gratins. The blue porcelain interior is easier to wipe clean than bare steel because spills and grease do not bond to the glazed surface as aggressively.
Sealed Burners with Automatic Re-Ignition
