The Omcan CE-CN-W1L1-NG is a single-chamber natural gas wok range rated at 125,000 BTU, built for the high-heat stir-frying, deep-frying, and stock-boiling demands of Chinese, Thai, and other Asian cuisine kitchens. Each chamber concentrates intense heat from jet burners directly under the wok, delivering the rapid temperature response that wok cooking requires. High-Output Jet Burners with Water-Cooled Top
The 16-inch ring uses a 28-tip jet burner rated at 125,000 BTU. The multi-tip design spreads flame evenly around the base of the wok rather than concentrating it in a single point, which means your wok heats uniformly and you get consistent searing across the entire cooking surface. The water-cooled top keeps the work surface at a manageable temperature for the cook, even with burners running at full output for hours during service. Each burner has an adjustable gas valve with pilot ignition for quick, reliable lighting.
Stainless Steel Backsplash with Integrated Faucet
The built-in backsplash protects the wall behind the range from grease splatter and steam damage. The stainless steel faucet with water inlet and drain (both 1/2-inch NPT female) provides running water right at the cooking station for rinsing woks between dishes, adding water to stocks, and quick cleanup during service. The pipe rack above the backsplash gives you a place to hang ladles, strainers, and other wok tools within arm's reach.
Gas connects through a 3/4-inch NPT rear connection, and a pressure regulator is supplied with the unit. Operating pressure is 5.0 inches water column with a recommended supply pressure of 7 to 9 inches water column. The range requires 6 inches of clearance from combustible construction on all sides.
