The Omcan 40381 Chocolate Fountain
The Omcan CF-CN-0005 is a polished stainless steel chocolate fountain designed for buffets, catering events, hotel dining rooms, and restaurant dessert stations. The five-tier design stands 31.5" tall and holds up to 11 lbs of melted chocolate. The extra tier and larger capacity make it more of a centerpiece, suitable for larger events, hotel dessert stations, and high-volume catering where you need the fountain to keep flowing through a full evening service.
Adjustable Temperature with Independent Motor and Heating Controls
The temperature controller adjusts from 86 to 302°F (30 to 302°C), which covers the full working range for dark, milk, and white chocolate as well as candy coatings and cheese-based dipping sauces. The motor (95W) and heating element (215W) are controlled separately, so you can bring the chocolate up to temperature before starting the cascade and fine-tune the flow speed independently. Polished stainless steel construction means the fountain cleans up easily after events, and the components are built for continuous use rather than single-event duty.
