Adjustable Temperature with Dual Lighting
The temperature controller adjusts from 86 to 185°F (30 to 185°C), which covers the range from warm baked goods at the low end to hot fried foods at the high end. Two exterior incandescent lights and one interior fluorescent light work together to highlight your products. The exterior lights draw attention from across the room, while the interior fluorescent evenly illuminates the shelves so customers can see texture and color without glare or dark spots. At 1,200W on a standard 110V circuit, the unit heats up quickly and holds temperature consistently through a busy service window.
Included Pans and Shelf Configuration
