Three Adjustable Metal Shelves with Digital Temperature Control
Three metal shelves inside the cabinet are adjustable, so you can change the spacing to fit tall boxes, stacked pint containers, or flat novelty bars depending on your product mix. The digital temperature controller holds the interior between -18 and -20 degrees Celsius (-0.4 to -4 degrees Fahrenheit), which is cold enough for hard ice cream and frozen desserts that need to stay solid for proper scooping or clean packaging appearance. A manual defrost system keeps the design simple and eliminates the temperature swings that automatic defrost cycles can cause in a small freezer. You just schedule defrosting during off-hours when the unit is empty.
