The Omcan FR-CN-0737E-HC is an Aurora series stainless steel reach-in freezer, a single-door unit at 29 inches wide with 20.6 cubic feet of frozen storage. The R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant system is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly than older HFC-based systems. The bottom-mounted compressor design raises the lowest shelf higher off the ground, which means you do not have to bend as far when loading and unloading heavy cases of frozen product. A ventilated cooling system circulates cold air throughout the cabinet to maintain even temperatures from top shelf to bottom. The digital temperature controller holds the interior between -8 to 0°F (-22.2 to 0°C), and the clear LCD readout lets you verify the temperature at a glance during health inspections or shift changes.
