The Omcan 41787 Heat Lamp
The Omcan FW-CN-0825 is a freestanding infrared heat lamp, the most compact model in the series at 31 inches wide with 3 infrared bulbs rated at 250W each (750W total). The 31-inch span covers a single pass window or a small plating station, making it practical for small restaurants, food trucks, and kitchen lines where you only need to hold a few plates at a time.
Infrared Bulbs with Ventilated Aluminum Reflectors
Each of the 3 bulbs puts out 250W of infrared heat directed downward through ventilated aluminum reflectors. Infrared energy heats the food surface directly rather than warming the surrounding air, so plates stay hot without drying out the way they would under a convection-style warmer. The ventilated reflector design allows heat to dissipate upward so the lamp housing stays cooler and the bulbs last longer. The power switch is located away from the heated area, which means you are not reaching under hot bulbs to turn the unit on and off during service.
6063 Alloy Aluminum Frame
The entire frame is built from 6063 alloy aluminum, which is lightweight enough to reposition easily but strong enough to hold the bulb assembly steady over a pass window or buffet table. Aluminum does not rust, so the unit holds up in humid kitchen environments where a painted steel frame would start flaking within a year. The freestanding base sits directly on the counter without wall mounting or clamp hardware, which means you can move it between stations as your kitchen layout changes.
