The separate ice machine head (22" x 24.3" x 22.4") sits on top of a dedicated storage bin with 275 lb capacity, so you can store several days' worth of ice without running out during peak service. Full cubes melt slower than half cubes or nugget ice, which means your customers get a colder drink that stays cold longer and your bartenders use less ice per glass.
