Polished Aluminum and Stainless Steel Construction
The body is die-cast and extruded polished aluminum with stainless steel components and food-grade plastic parts. The motor and tank sit side by side, which keeps the center of gravity low and makes the overall footprint compact at 8.66 by 18.5 by 20.86 inches. Safety Switch and Removable Components
A safety switch automatically shuts off the machine the moment the protection cover is lifted, which prevents accidental contact with the rollers during operation. The blade assembly and bowl are both removable for cleaning and sanitizing, so you can break the unit down quickly at the end of a shift. The rollers support rides on a track system that feeds meat through the tenderizing elements at a consistent rate, producing uniform results piece after piece.
The unit runs on a standard 110V/60Hz circuit with a NEMA 5-15 plug and consumes just 0.37 kWh. It is designed for refrigerated (unfrozen) beef or cattle that is free from bone, skin, nerves, tendons, and cartilage. Optional 0.39 in. (item 45410) and 0.47 in.
