Ventilated Cooling with R290 Refrigerant and Cyclopentane Insulation
The ventilated cooling system circulates cold air evenly through the 9.1-cubic-foot cabinet, holding the interior between 33 and 40 degrees F (0.6 to 4.4 degrees C) even during frequent door openings. R290 refrigerant and cyclopentane foam insulation work together to keep energy consumption low while maintaining consistent temperatures. Auto defrost runs on a timed cycle so you never have to shut the unit down for manual defrosting, and the digital temperature controller on the front panel lets you dial in your target and monitor the cabinet in real time.
Self-Closing Doors and Heavy-Duty PVC-Coated Shelves
Each of the 2 doors opens on self-closing hinges that pull shut automatically, which keeps recovery time short when your line cooks are grabbing containers during a rush.
