The Omcan PT-CN-0920E-HC is a 36-inch Aurora series refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table with 9.1 cubic feet of base refrigeration and room for 10 sixth-size GN pans (or 5 third-size pans, sold separately) across the top rail. Built from stainless steel inside and out, it gives sandwich lines, pizza prep stations, and salad bars a compact workspace where cold toppings and base ingredients stay organized and at safe temperature. The 0.39 in. cutting board across the top provides a stable surface for assembling orders directly above your ingredient pans.
Ventilated R290 Cooling with Cyclopentane Insulation
The ventilated cooling system circulates air evenly through the 9.1-cubic-foot cabinet, maintaining a consistent 33 to 40 degrees F (0.5 to 4.4 degrees C) even when doors are opened frequently during service. R290 refrigerant paired with cyclopentane foam insulation keeps energy consumption low without sacrificing temperature stability. Automatic defrost runs on a timed cycle so you never have to shut down for manual ice removal, and the digital temperature controller gives you precise readout and adjustment from the front panel. This equipment is rated for indoor use where ambient temperature does not exceed 75 degrees F and 55% relative humidity.
