Built from stainless steel inside and out, it gives sandwich lines, pizza prep stations, and salad bars a compact workspace where cold toppings and base ingredients stay organized and at safe temperature. The 0.39 in. cutting board across the top provides a stable surface for assembling orders directly above your ingredient pans.
