The Sealer Sales AVP-35 is a 35" pneumatic foot impulse sealer built for production environments where operators need both hands free and seal quality cannot drift over a long shift. Air pressure does the closing, not a spring or hand lever, so every cycle delivers the same clamping force across the full 35" seal bar. Step on the foot switch and the bar closes, dwells through heat and cool, and opens again, leaving an airtight, watertight 1/4" wide seal on PE, PP, laminates, and similar thermoplastics.

Pneumatic Clamp with Safety Interlock

The AVP-35 will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaws fully meet. That single design choice does two jobs at once. It protects fingers near the seal area, and it guarantees that the heating element only energizes against a properly closed bag. You don't get partial or skewed seals because someone bumped the foot switch early. Air requirement is 6 CFM @ 100 PSI, supplied from an external compressor that isn't included.

Clean Work Surface, Side-Mounted Controls

Unlike sealers that crowd the operator's work area with dials and switches, the AVP keeps the top of the machine clear. Heat and cool timers live on the side of the chassis, so the full 35" working area in front of the bar is open for stacking bags, sliding in long product, or staging the next item while the current bag is sealing.

Heavy-Duty Chassis Built for Repetition

The frame is rust-treated and powder-coated steel, the pressure bar is powder-coated aluminum, and the foot switch is encased in steel. None of those choices are cosmetic. Powder coat resists the scrubdowns and chemical wipes that come with food, medical, and electronics packaging environments. The steel foot switch shrugs off being stomped on shift after shift. The result is a sealer that holds up where lighter consumer or light-commercial impulse sealers would warp, chip, or break their pedals within months.

Clean-Room Compatible, Configurable for Stricter Environments

The AVP-35 is rated as clean-room compatible out of the box, which makes it a fit for medical device packaging, electronics assembly, and any other environment where particulate shedding matters. For facilities that need more, the AVP-35 can be configured with a bi-active seal (top and bottom heating for thicker or laminate bags), full stainless steel construction, and CE certification, and a 20" x 12" working tray. These are factory-fitted options ordered with the unit, not field retrofits.
