The Sealer Sales CBS-640-PNK is a 12 lb portable continuous band sealer in Pink, built for facilities that need to seal thermoplastic bags without giving up bench space to a full production-floor machine. Touchscreen controls bring it up to temperature in seconds, the 10 mm wide seal lands a clean 1-1/2" down from the top of the bag, and the conveyor moves up to 275 inches per minute. The whole unit is compact enough to slide off the counter when you're done.
Touchscreen Control with Auto Shut-Off
Instead of a knob and analog dial, the CBS-640-PNK uses a touchscreen controller calibrated 0-200°C (0-482°F). You tap in the temperature for the film you're sealing and the unit holds it shift after shift, with no drift to chase. Auto shut-off engages when the unit sits idle, which matters when a portable sealer migrates between workstations and someone may not remember to flip it off at the end of a run.
Compact Footprint, Easy to Relocate
The full footprint is 14" x 6.5" x 6.75". At 12 pounds total, you can lift it onto a different bench, take it to a temporary packout station, or store it on a shelf between jobs. The Pink powder coat finish gives the unit a clean look in retail-adjacent areas and makes it easy to spot if it disappears between shifts.
Material Compatibility
The CBS-640-PNK handles polyethylene (LDPE, MDPE, and HDPE), polypropylene, and laminated foil. This unit is engineered for flat bags; gusseted bags are not supported on this chassis.
