The Sealer Sales CN-4520A is a value-priced 17.7 inch W x 7.9 inch H x 31.5 inch L shrink tunnel designed for continuous shrinking of PVC, POF, and PP shrink films. It features four-direction heating with 10 ceramic replaceable tubes, a live roller rod conveyor, and AC variable speed control from 0 to 20 feet per minute. The 220V configuration ships without a plug (customer-supplied).

Continuous Shrinking for PVC, POF, and PP Films

Designed specifically for the three film types used in shrink packaging: PVC, POF (polyolefin), and PP. The chamber and heating profile accommodate all three without configuration changes. Operator powers on, sets the temperature for the film being run, and feeds product through.

10 Ceramic Heating Tubes on Four Sides

Heating comes from 10 ceramic electric heating tubes positioned on four sides of the chamber. The four-direction heating gives even shrink results across the full surface of the package rather than the underside or one side dominating. The tubes are individually replaceable as wear parts, which keeps the unit serviceable rather than requiring a full heater-bank swap when one element fails.

Live Roller Rod Conveyor

A live roller rod conveyor carries packages through the chamber rather than dragging them on a static surface. This is what produces the best shrink results: the rotating rollers keep the bottom of the package moving freely while hot air shrinks the film on all sides.

AC Variable Speed Drive, 0 to 20 FPM

AC variable speed control covers 0 to 20 feet per minute. The operator dials in the speed for the film gauge and package profile being run. Thicker film needs more dwell time at lower speed; thinner film and smaller packages can run faster.

Tabletop or Free-Standing Configuration

The unit is sized to work either as a tabletop installation (on a packing bench) or as a free-standing installation (on the locking-caster base). Locking casters let the operator move the tunnel between work areas and lock it in place during a run.

Configurable for Your Line

Optional PTFE meshed belt available for shrinking smaller items that would fall through the roller gaps. Double-conveyor model (CN-4520AD) available via special order. 220V power configuration ships without a plug, so the customer provides the matching plug for the facility outlet.
