The Sealer Sales KF-150CSTA Bag Sealer

The Sealer Sales KF-150CSTA is the adjustable-temperature variant of the KF-150 portable direct heat sealer. It uses the same 6 inch, 15 mm serrated seal as the KF-150CST but replaces the fixed two-step controller with an adjustable temperature controller covering 284°F to 392°F. This is the configuration to choose when the operator runs a wider range of materials and needs to dial in the temperature for each one.

Adjustable Temperature Controller, 284 to 392°F

The adjustable controller lets the operator dial in the exact temperature for each material. This is the right configuration for facilities running mixed films or thicker laminates that benefit from a setpoint between the fixed 215°F and 350°F steps on the standard KF-150CST.

Direct Heat for Thicker Films and Barrier Materials

Direct heat sealers push heat into the seal from the heated jaw, holding the bond temperature throughout the dwell. This is the configuration for cellophane, coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, mylar, and coated PP. Direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene.

PTFE-Coated Jaws and Serrated Seal Line

PTFE-coated jaws prevent material from sticking to the seal bar. The 15 mm serrated seal width applies pressure across a textured pattern for grip on stiffer films and a recognizable seal pattern on the finished package.

Portable for Bench, Cart, or Mobile Workstation

Same high-impact ABS thermal casing and 2 lb weight as the standard KF-150CST. 7-foot power cord. Can be converted to foot-operated with the optional pedal and clamp set.

Warm-Up Required

Allow 5 to 15 minutes for the jaws to reach the set temperature before starting production.
