The Sealer Sales KF-200CS-220V Bag Sealer
The Sealer Sales KF-200CS-220V is a 8" KF-Series portable direct heat sealer with PTFE-coated jaws and a 15 mm serrated seal. An 8 inch direct-heat hand sealer, sized for 8 inch packages and bigger pouches that don't fit the 6 inch KF-150 footprint. The 220V option matches it to North American or international supply.
Direct Heat for Thicker Films and Barrier Materials
Direct heat sealers push heat into the seal from the heated jaw, holding the bond temperature throughout the dwell. This is the configuration for cellophane, coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, mylar, and coated PP. Direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene.
Adjustable Temperature Controller
An adjustable temperature controller lets the operator set the heat for each material type. A 5 to 15 minute warm-up is required to reach the setpoint; once stable the seal quality stays consistent without cycle-to-cycle adjustment.
PTFE-Coated Jaws and 15 mm Serrated Seal
PTFE coating prevents material from sticking to the seal bar. The 15 mm serrated seal width gives the bond enough surface area for handling on stiffer films.
Portable for Small, Irregular, or Long Packages
The KF-200CS-220V is lightweight enough to use anywhere, ideal for sealing small bags, irregular shapes, or extra-long packages. Durable metal construction with insulated rubber hand grips. Includes a stand for the sealer when not in use.
Warm-Up Required
Allow 5 to 15 minutes for the jaws to reach the set temperature before starting production. Do not touch the jaws until the unit has cooled down after use.
