The Sealer Sales KF-305HC Bag Sealer
The Sealer Sales KF-305HC is a 12" KF-Series impulse hand sealer with an integrated sliding cutter. It seals poly bags and other thermoplastic materials with no warm-up time, and the cutter slides across the bag in the same motion so you can seal and trim in one pass. The plug-in electronic timer sets the dwell for whatever film you are running, and the all-metal body holds up to bench use across pack-out and small-batch fulfillment workflows.
Seal and Cut in One Motion
The sliding cutter is built into the sealing bar carriage. After the seal cycle completes, the operator slides the cutter across the bag to trim the excess film, then releases. This is useful for making poly bags from continuous tubing or trimming oversized bags down to the seal line. A separate trimmer is not required.
No Warm-Up Time
Impulse sealing fires heat into the seal area only during the dwell cycle, so the KF-305HC is ready the moment it is plugged in. There is no preheat wait, no idle power draw, and no risk of the bars holding heat between cycles. Hold the sealing arm down for an additional one to two seconds after the timer light cuts out so the seal cools under pressure, then slide the cutter to trim.
Plug-In Electronic Timer for Variable Films
The timer is a plug-in module, set once per material. Different films, thicknesses, and laminates need different dwell times. Set the timer to the value the material requires; the KF-305HC fires the same dwell on every cycle until the timer is changed. When the indicator light goes out the heat cycle is complete.
All-Metal Construction
The chassis is all-metal so the KF-305HC stays rigid through the press and the cutter slide. Wear points are replaceable: the heating element, PTFE cover, and blade are field-serviceable consumables shipped with each manufacturers replacement kit.
Sized to the Bag
The 12" jaw fits 12" of seal length in one stroke. For longer bags, run multiple passes; the rigid frame keeps the seal aligned. The cutter series is available in 8 inch, 12 inch, 16 inch, and 20 inch jaws so the workstation matches the bag size most often run.
