The Sealer Sales LGYF-2000AX-II Induction Sealer
The Sealer Sales LGYF-2000AX-II is a table-style continuous induction cap sealer that bonds aluminum-laminated foil liners to the tops of plastic containers to create a tamper-evident, hermetic seal. Induction sealing is a non-contact process: the induction coil heats the foil liner, the heat transfers to the heat-seal film, the film melts and adheres to the cap and bottle rim. The result is an air-tight bond that preserves freshness, deters pilferage, and prevents leakage. The AX-II is sized for the table footprint and pairs with an existing production conveyor for capsulated bottles, jars, and rigid containers up to 200 mm diameter.
Non-Contact Heating for Tamper-Proof Hermetic Seal
Induction sealing pulses energy into the foil liner without touching the cap, the bottle, or the operator. The heat-seal film between the foil and the cap melts and bonds the foil to the bottle rim, leaving a tamper-evident closure that cannot be reapplied if removed. The process is consistent and repeatable across thousands of containers.
Compatible Bottle Materials
The induction sealer works with rigid containers: ABS, polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene, polystyrene, and PVC. The bottle wall material does not interfere with the induction process because the energy is targeted at the foil liner inside the cap.
Adjustable Conveyor Speed up to 393 in/min
Conveyor speed adjusts from 3 to 10 meters per minute (118 to 393 inches per minute), tuning the dwell time of each bottle under the induction coil to match the foil thickness, cap diameter, and bottle throughput required by the production line.
Stainless Steel with Forced Air Cooling
The frame is stainless steel for washdown environments and food, beverage, or pharmaceutical production lines. A forced-air cooling system keeps the induction coil at operating temperature through extended runs without thermal drift.
Fast Warm-Up, Minimal Operator Training
The induction coil reaches operating temperature quickly so the line can ramp up at shift start without an extended preheat. Operator training is minimal: load the conveyor, set the speed, and run.
220V Operation
The LGYF-2000AX-II operates on 220V single-phase power. Facilities with only 110V supply will need an external step-up transformer.
