The Sealer Sales LGYF-2000BX is a free-standing continuous induction cap sealer that bonds aluminum-laminated foil liners to the tops of plastic containers to create a tamper-evident, hermetic seal. The free-standing format ships on its own integrated frame so the entire sealer can stand within or alongside an existing production line without requiring a separate table or stand. The wider 20 to 130 mm cap diameter range and taller 40 to 400 mm bottle height range cover a larger format envelope than a table-mounted induction sealer.

Non-Contact Heating for Tamper-Proof Hermetic Seal

Induction sealing pulses energy into the foil liner without touching the cap, the bottle, or the operator. The heat-seal film between the foil and the cap melts and bonds the foil to the bottle rim, leaving a tamper-evident closure that cannot be reapplied if removed. The process is consistent and repeatable across thousands of containers.

Compatible Bottle Materials

The induction sealer works with rigid containers: ABS, polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene, polystyrene, and PVC. The bottle wall material does not interfere with the induction process because the energy is targeted at the foil liner inside the cap.

Wider Format Range than the Table-Style AX-II

The free-standing BX handles cap diameters from 20 mm to 130 mm and bottle heights from 40 mm to 400 mm. That covers small dropper bottles at the bottom of the range up through large jars and beverage bottles. The taller 400 mm bottle clearance is the typical reason to choose the BX over the table-style AX-II.

Adjustable Conveyor Speed up to 472 in/min

Conveyor speed adjusts from 2 to 12 meters per minute (78 to 472 inches per minute), broader than the AX-II's 118 to 393 in/min range. Set the speed for the foil thickness, cap diameter, and required production throughput.

Free-Standing Frame for In-Line Installation

The BX ships on its own welded frame at full operating height. Drop it into a packaging line without dedicating bench space or building a separate stand.

220V Operation, Special Order

The LGYF-2000BX operates on 220V single-phase power. The unit ships as a special order item; allow additional lead time vs. the stock table-style model.
