The Sealer Sales SM-101-DA Strapping Machine
The Sealer Sales SM-101-DA is the low-profile variant of the SM-101 strapping machine. The 19.6" (500 mm) table height drops the strapping bed close to the floor, which is the right configuration for heavier or bulkier cartons that the operator cannot easily lift onto a standard-height bench strapper. The unit otherwise shares the SM-101's automatic cycle, 2 to 100 lbs/inch tension range, and auto idle shut-off.
Low-Profile Bed for Heavier Cartons
The 19.6" table height (compared to 29.5" on the standard SM-101 and SM-102) lets the operator roll, slide, or lift heavier boxes onto the strapping bed without exceeding safe lifting limits. The max load is still 66 lbs, but the lower position reduces the lift distance from floor to bed.
Automatic Cycle on Strap Insertion
Like the standard SM-101, the cycle starts automatically when the operator feeds the strap end into the head. Strap tensions, welds, and cuts in approximately 2.5 seconds.
Adjustable Tension and Auto Idle Shut-Off
Tension adjusts from 2 to 100 lbs per inch via the control panel. The unit powers down automatically after a preset idle period to save electricity.
Sized for Carton Strapping
Minimum strapping size is 2.36" x 1.8" tall (60 x 30 mm). Accepts 1/4" to 5/8" strap width on an 8" x 8" core, 0.6 to 0.9 mm strap thickness.
5 Minute Warm-Up
Allow approximately 5 minutes for the heater to reach welding temperature at start of shift.
