The Sealer Sales SM-101 is a semi-automatic general-purpose strapping machine for cartons and packages in a light industry setting. The operator inserts the strap, the machine cycles automatically, and the unit shuts down after a preset idle period to save power. The enclosed cabinet design keeps dust and dirt off the heater, drive belts, and PC board.
Automatic Cycle on Strap Insertion
The strapping cycle starts the moment the operator feeds the strap end into the head. There is no foot pedal or hand button to trigger the cycle, which keeps both hands free for positioning the carton. The strap tensions, welds, and cuts in approximately 2.5 seconds.
Enclosed Cabinet Construction
The frame is fully enclosed, which protects the internal heater, drive belts, motors, and PC board from dust and debris in pack-out and shipping rooms. This is the right configuration for facilities running cardboard or paper dust, where open-frame strappers need frequent cleaning.
Adjustable Tension and Auto Idle Shut-Off
Tension adjusts from 2 to 100 lbs per inch via the control panel, suitable for everything from light retail cartons to heavier corrugated shipping boxes. The unit powers down automatically after a preset idle period to save electricity between strapping bursts.
Sized for Carton Strapping
Minimum strapping size is 2.36" x 1.8" tall (60 x 30 mm). The 29.5" (750 mm) table height matches standard packing bench geometry so the operator can transfer cartons directly from the bench to the strapper without lifting.
