The Sealer Sales SS-1519ECM-220V L-Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel Combo

The Sealer Sales SS-1519ECM-220V is a combined L-Bar sealer and shrink tunnel sized for low to medium production at 8 to 10 packages per minute. The L-Bar uses Micro Knife seal technology so the seal head holds up for years of cycles without seal wire replacement. The attached 20"L x 16"W x 6"H shrink tunnel uses a live roller rod conveyor with a fully re-circulating air chamber, AC variable speed drive (0 to 60 feet per minute), digital temperature control, and automatic cool-down + shut-off.

Magnet Hold Only Configuration

This is the ECM variant: magnet hold-down releases the seal bars automatically after each seal completes, but there is no motorized discharge conveyor between the L-Bar and the shrink tunnel. The operator manually transfers each sealed package into the tunnel.

Micro Knife Band Ribbon Seal

Micro Knife seal technology cuts and seals POF shrink film without the seal wire replacement cycle older L-Bar sealers require. Cast aluminum seal head, heavy-duty frame.

6" Tunnel Opening

The shrink tunnel opening is 20"L x 16"W x 6"H. Live roller rod conveyor moves packages through the chamber while the re-circulating hot air shrinks the film. AC variable speed drive lets the operator set the dwell time for the film gauge and package profile being run.

Digital Temperature Control with Automatic Cool-Down

Set the chamber temperature once for the film gauge, the controller holds it through the run, and when the operator powers off, the cool-down cycle runs automatically before shut-off to protect the heating elements and conveyor.

Recommended Film: POF, 60 to 80 Gauge

The combo unit is rated for POF (polyolefin) shrink film at 60 to 80 gauge thickness. PVC is not recommended; PVC byproducts can corrode the seal wire over time and may not shrink consistently in this tunnel profile.

220V Configuration

This SKU is the 220V configuration. The 220V option delivers a more efficient shrink tunnel and is the recommended choice for production environments.
