The Sealer Sales SS-180-36 Gravity Curved Conveyor
The Sealer Sales SS-180-36 is a 180 degree gravity curved conveyor with a 36" straight section, designed to extend or redirect product flow off the discharge of an L-Bar sealer, shrink tunnel, or other production line. The 180 degree curve lets the operator return product flow back along the line so the same operator can both feed and offload from a single workstation. The 15 inch conveyor width accepts packages from the SS-Series L-Bar combo discharge.
Matches Discharge Geometry of Bench-Top Sealers and Tunnels
The 15 inch belt width and 28 to 44 inch adjustable height match the discharge geometry of bench-top L-Bar sealers, shrink tunnel exits, and similar packaging equipment.
36" Straight Section
The straight section extends past the curve so packages have a stable runout zone before reaching the next workstation or pallet zone.
3/4" Aluminum Rollers on 1-1/4" Centers
Aluminum rollers spaced on 1.25 inch centers carry packages smoothly across the curve without snag points. Aluminum is lighter than steel rollers so the conveyor moves easily for reconfiguration.
Stainless Steel Concentric Curve Wall
The outer edge of the curve is a stainless steel concentric wall that keeps packages on the conveyor through the turn. This is what prevents packages from sliding off the outer radius under their own momentum.
Adjustable Height Legs, 28 to 44 inches
Painted height-adjustable legs let the operator match the conveyor height to the discharge point of the upstream sealer or tunnel. Range covers most bench-height production layouts.
Package End Stop
A package end stop is included at the conveyor exit to prevent runoff when downstream pickup is delayed. The stop is positioned so packages queue cleanly without falling off.
