The Sealer Sales UHSS-TT is an additional custom-fabricated tube tray for the UHSS-series tube sealer. Order this when the operation runs multiple tube sizes or formats through the same sealer and needs separate trays for each tube profile rather than swapping a single tray between runs.
Custom-Fabricated to Customer Tubes
Each tube tray is custom-made to fit the customer specific tube profile. The customer ships a sample tube to Sealer Sales; the tray is fabricated to that profile. This is necessary because tube sealers depend on tight tray fit to hold the tube vertical and centered during the seal cycle.
Eliminates Tray-Swap Downtime
Without a second tray, the operator has to swap a single tray between different tube formats, which loses 10-20 minutes per changeover. With an additional tray pre-fabricated, the changeover is just lifting one tray off and placing the next, which keeps the line moving.
Sample Tube Required for Fabrication
When ordering, the customer must provide a sample tube of the format the tray will hold. The sample becomes the fabrication reference for the tray cutouts. Lead time is approximately 6 weeks from sample receipt to delivery.
Compatible with UHSS Tube Sealer Family
The tube tray fits both the base unit and the self-contained-compressor variant in the UHSS-series tube sealer family. Mounting and dimensional interface are identical between the two unit configurations.
Accessory Only, Not a Standalone Sealer
This is a tube tray accessory only. It is not a standalone tube sealer and cannot seal tubes by itself. The operator must already own a UHSS-series family tube sealer to use this accessory.
