The integrated 500m roll holder accepts standard HDPE air pillow film rolls that produce up to 5,000 pillows before reload. This is what makes the unit practical for a full shift of packing without operator intervention; smaller air-pillow machines that take 50-100 ft rolls need constant reloading.

No External Air Compressor Required

The machine is self-contained and runs on a standard 110V outlet without needing facility compressed air. That makes the unit deployable anywhere in the shipping room or warehouse without retrofitting compressed-air infrastructure. The internal blower inflates the film on demand as it feeds through the seal head.

Adjustable Heating Controls for Film Compatibility
