The Sealer Sales YC-450HL is an L-bar shrink film sealer with a 17.7" V x 17.7" H seal length, steel construction, and an electronic timer for sealing control. The unit cuts and seals shrink film in one step for products up to 3.9" package height. Designed for quick and easy shrink film packaging at pack-out stations and small shrink-wrap operations.

Cuts and Seals in One Step

One step cuts and seals centerfold shrink film in a single press of the sealing bar. The operator places the product between two layers of film, presses the sealing bar down, and pulls the package free. The element wire seals the edge and cuts off the film in one motion, leaving the package ready for the shrink-tunnel pass or heat-gun finish.

Adjustable Film Dispenser Rack

The integrated film dispenser rack feeds centerfold shrink film from a single roll onto the work table. Smooth bearing rollers keep the film moving freely so the operator does not have to fight roll friction or static buildup. Adjustable position lets the operator center the roll for the film width being run.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

Steel construction throughout the chassis is sized for daily production use. The seal bar geometry holds calibration through long sessions of repetitive sealing, which is what makes the difference between consistent seals from the first bag to the last vs. seal-quality drift mid-shift.

Includes Work Table with Perforating Hole Punchers

The included work table comes with a film separator (keeps the two film layers parted before the package is loaded), twin perforating hole punchers (vents air from the sealed package so it shrinks tight rather than ballooning), and a film roller. These accessories are typically sold separately on competing L-bar sealers.

Electronic Timer Controls Sealing Duration

The electronic timer controls the heat-cycle duration. Different film gauges need different dwell times: thinner film needs less, thicker film needs more. Dialing in the timer for the film being run is a one-time adjustment per shift.

Pairs with Heat Gun or Shrink Tunnel

The L-bar sealer is the cut-and-seal stage of a shrink-wrap workflow. The downstream shrink stage uses either a heat gun (for low-volume work) or a shrink tunnel (for production runs). The sealed package goes from the L-bar straight into the heat source where the film shrinks tight around the product.
