The Serv-Ware SP29-8-HC packs a full sandwich-and-salad station into a 29-inch footprint, chilling 8 topping pans at the rail with a 7 cubic foot cabinet below. For a small deli, sub shop, or coffee-bar kitchen tight on space, it puts cold ingredients and a cutting surface together in one compact single-door unit.

Pan Capacity And Prep Top

Eight pans sit chilled along the standard rail, enough to line up the core builds for a focused menu while the cutting board stays clear out front. A cook can dress a sandwich straight from the rail without opening the cabinet and dumping cold air.

Cold-Holding And Refrigerant

The bottom-mounted compressor pulls the rail and cabinet into the 33°F to 41°F safe zone and holds it there through a lunch rush. Cooling comes from R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with no CFCs, paired with CFC-free foam in the walls.

Cabinet And Build

AISI 304 stainless wraps the body and frame, with an ABS liner over a stainless floor that hoses down at close. The 7 cubic foot interior keeps a day's backup stock on an epoxy-coated wire shelf within reach of the line.

Day-To-Day Operation

The electronic thermostat reads out on a digital LED panel, so staff confirm the holding temperature without guessing. Defrost and condensate evaporation run on their own, the magnetic gaskets peel off for cleaning without tools, and the casters come in the box for you to fit.
