Ultra-Safe Zero Blade Exposure During Cleaning
The 1000M is built for operator safety during cleaning and maintenance. The carriage tilts back to give full access to the blade area while keeping the cutting edge covered. A fixed edge guard and quick-release carriage and feed grip allow thorough sanitation between products and help prevent staff injuries. The lift lever raises the unit for cleaning underneath, ensuring all surfaces are accessible.
