The Sealer Sales SS-1519LM is a semi-automatic L-Bar sealer with a 15" x 19" seal area, configured with magnet hold-down for hands-free product loading. It runs 8 to 10 packages per minute and fits the bench footprint of retail back rooms, small fulfillment workstations, and shrink-wrap operations that pack from hand rather than off a continuous discharge conveyor. The SS series has been in production since 1993.

Micro Knife Band Ribbon Seal

Micro Knife seal technology cuts and seals the film with a thin heated band that lasts thousands of cycles before service. No seal wires to replace, no consumable heating element changeovers.

Magnet Hold-Down for Operator Hands-Free Loading

Dual magnets hold the upper seal frame in the up position so the operator can position the product and the film without holding the frame open. The magnets release on cycle start. This is what the "M" in "LM" refers to.

Stainless Steel Film Clamps and Compensator Seal

Stainless steel film clamps and the compensator seal keep film tension consistent across the seal cycle without rusting in food, retail, or industrial pack-out environments.

Pin Wheel Hole Punch and Adjustable Loading Tray

The pin wheel hole punch perforates the bag at the seal so the shrink tunnel can vent trapped air during the heat cycle. The loading tray adjusts to product height so packages slide cleanly into the seal envelope.

Recommended Film: POF

The SS-1519LM is rated for POF shrink film. PVC is not recommended; PVC byproducts can corrode the seal wire over time and the film does not shrink consistently with this seal head profile.
