The Sealer Sales SS-48ST-220V L-Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel Combo
The Sealer Sales SS-48ST-220V is a compact, all-in-one L-Bar sealer with an integrated hooded shrink chamber. The seal and shrink cycle run in the same unit: the operator places the product on the table, lowers the plexiglass hood, the dual magnets clamp the seal head, the package seals, and the shrink chamber heats and finishes the package in one motion. Complete cycle time is approximately 5 to 10 seconds. This is the right configuration for retail, fulfillment, and small-batch shrink-wrap workflows where the bench footprint matters and a separate sealer + tunnel pair would be overkill.
Seal and Shrink in One Unit
No separate shrink tunnel required. The hooded shrink chamber is built into the same chassis as the L-Bar seal head. The dual-mode switch lets the operator choose Seal Only (when sending packages through a downstream tunnel) or Seal + Shrink (using the integrated chamber).
Micro Knife Seal Technology
Micro Knife seal technology seals both PVC and POF shrink films. Unlike most SS-Series L-Bar sealers which are POF-only, the SS-48ST-220V accommodates either film type, giving operators flexibility on stock.
Dual Magnet Hold-Down for Operator Comfort
Dual magnets hold the hood closed during the shrink cycle and release automatically when the cycle completes. The operator just lowers the hood and the magnets do the rest, which eliminates the wrist fatigue of holding the seal frame closed manually.
Heavy-Duty Plexiglass Hood with Adjustable Table
The plexiglass hood gives the operator a clear view of the shrink cycle. The work table lowers 2" to accommodate taller products. Max package height on this configuration is 6".
220V Special Order
This SKU is the 220V variant, which ships as a special-order item. Allow additional lead time vs. the 110V version. The 220V configuration is the right choice for facilities with 220V supply or higher-throughput environments.
