The UNOX UNXXEC001 Oven Accessory
The UNOX UNXXEC001 is the OEM Ethernet connection kit accessory for ChefTop and BakerTop MIND.Maps Plus combi ovens. It connects the oven through a wired LAN port to UNOX's Data Driven Cooking cloud service for HACCP data logging, remote recipe push, and consumption monitoring. Wired connectivity is the alternative to the built-in Wi-Fi on sites where Wi-Fi is unreliable or where the kitchen network policy requires all equipment to run on hardwired Ethernet.
Wired LAN to UNOX Data Driven Cooking
The kit installs an Ethernet board onto the oven's connectivity port and connects the unit to the kitchen network through a standard RJ-45 jack. Once on the network, the oven pushes HACCP data, pulls recipe updates, and reports consumption metrics to the UNOX Data Driven Cooking app on the same schedule as a Wi-Fi-connected unit.
Compatibility and Install
This kit is the UNOX OEM Ethernet board for UNOX ChefTop and BakerTop MIND.Maps Plus commercial combi ovens (predecessor Webstaurant SKU for the XEC001B successor part). Other UNOX oven lines have their own Ethernet connection kit SKUs and are not interchangeable. The kit is intended for installation by a qualified UNOX service technician or by trained kitchen IT staff during the oven commissioning step.
