The Cavavin V-250WDZ is the largest floor-standing cellar in the VINOA Collection. It holds 250 bottles of 750 ml across two independent temperature zones, in a 79-inch tall, 30-inch wide cabinet built for a serious home collector or a restaurant wine display. The seamless stainless steel door frame and full-height LOW-E glass put the whole collection on view at once.

Two Independent Temperature Zones, 41-68°F Each

Both zones run the same full range of 41-68°F (5-20°C), but each is controlled separately from the LCD touchscreen on the door. That means you can set the top half to 50°F for reds at serving temperature and the bottom half to 45°F for whites, or dial both to the same cellar temperature for long-term storage of a single collection. An internal fan circulates air between and within the zones so the temperature at the top of each zone matches the bottom.

Beech Wood Sliding Shelves with Angled Display Shelves

Fifteen sliding beech wood shelves pull forward on full-extension rails so every bottle is as easy to reach as the one in front. Above or within the rows, two angled beech wood display shelves tilt a select bottle label-up for presentation. Total capacity is 250 bottles (750 ml). The wood fronts sit flush with the stainless steel kickplate for a clean finished look across the full height of the cabinet.

Anti-UV LOW-E Glass in a Seamless Stainless Steel Frame

The door is a stainless steel frame with no visible fasteners, holding a double pane of LOW-E glass that blocks ultraviolet light and rejects radiant room heat. The reversible hinge setup lets you install the door to swing either way, and a contemporary stainless steel handle spans the full width of the door. A lock keeps the cabinet secure and a door-open alarm sounds if someone forgets to close it.

LED Lighting, Charcoal Filter, and Embraco Compressor

Interior LED strips run in warm white, cool white, or blue, either continuously for display or only when the door opens. An activated-charcoal filter in the airflow path keeps odors that would otherwise seep through corks out of the cabinet. The Embraco compressor uses R-600a refrigerant, a hydrocarbon with a far lower global warming impact than the HFC refrigerants in older units, and runs at 42 dB so the cabinet does not add noise to a finished room. The unit can install built-in with front venting or stand alone against a wall.
