The Alexander Industries A-360 Transport Cabinet
The Alexander Industries A-360 is an enclosed aluminum transport cabinet that holds 40 full-size 18 x 26 in. bun pans, or two 13 x 18 in. half pans per slide, behind a solid hinged door. It is built for caterers, schools and hospital kitchens that move plated or panned food across a building and need it covered on the way. The cabinet rolls on 5 in. heavy duty casters and arrives fully assembled and ready to use.
3003-H14 Heli-Arc Welded Aluminum Cabinet
Body, door and pan supports are 3003-H14 aluminum joined by heli-arc welding, so there are no rivets to loosen and no steel to rust after a hose-down. The closed sides and door keep dust and drips off uncovered product, which is what lets you deliver a larger load in fewer trips while keeping it sanitary.
1-1/2 In. Pan Support Spacing
Pan supports sit on 1-1/2 in. centers, the tightest spacing Alexander offers. Load every slide with flat bakery product or skip slides to make room for taller pans and covers.
Bolted and Welded Hinges
Extra heavy duty hinges are both bolted and welded to the cabinet, so the door stays aligned on its latch after years of being swung open with a full cabinet parked on a ramp or a loading dock.
