3003-H14 Heli-Arc Welded Aluminum Cabinet
Body, door and pan supports are 3003-H14 aluminum joined by heli-arc welding, so there are no rivets to loosen and nothing to rust after a hose-down. The closed sides and door keep dust and drips off open pans, which is what lets you deliver a larger load in fewer trips and keep it sanitary on the way.
1-1/2 In. Pan Support Spacing, Pan Held by Lip
Each hotel pan hangs by its lip on supports spaced 1-1/2 in. apart, so shallow pans stack tightly and deeper pans can skip slides as needed. Two pans share each slide, which keeps the cabinet narrow enough for a standard doorway.
6 In. Casters and Bolted and Welded Hinges
