The Alexander Industries A-U400 is a enclosed universal transport cabinet with 12 slides that accept 13 x 18 in. and 18 x 26 in. sheet pans, 20 x 24 in. trays, 12 x 20 in. hotel pans, 15 x 20 in. room service trays and 20 x 20 in. glass racks. One cabinet covers a caterer's or banquet kitchen's whole mix of pans, trays and racks instead of a different cabinet for each. It rolls on 6 in. heavy duty casters and arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

3003-H14 Heli-Arc Welded Aluminum Cabinet

Body, door and supports are 3003-H14 aluminum joined by heli-arc welding, so there are no rivets to loosen and nothing to rust after a hose-down. The closed sides and solid door keep dust and drips off open product, which is what lets you deliver a larger load in fewer trips and keep it sanitary on the way.

4 In. Angle Supports on 5 In. Centers

Each slide is a pair of 4 in. aluminum angles, deep enough to carry a glass rack or a 20 x 24 in. tray as securely as a sheet pan. The 5 in. spacing clears a lidded hotel pan or a covered plate on a tray.

6 In. Casters and Bolted and Welded Hinges

Four 6 in. heavy duty plate casters, two with brakes, roll a loaded cabinet over thresholds and hold it still on a ramp. The extra heavy duty hinges are bolted and welded, so the door stays aligned on its latch through years of daily use.
