The Alexander Industries BPT-100 Bun Pan Transport Cart

The Alexander Industries BPT-100 is an open four-post aluminum cart that carries a stack of up to 114 flat 18 x 26 in. bun pans from the dish room back to the bakery or from the loading dock into storage. It is the cart for commissaries, bakeries and school kitchens that move sheet pans in bulk rather than one rack at a time. The frame is all welded, rolls on 5 in. swivel casters and arrives set up and ready for use.

1-1/2 In. Square 6061-T6 Aluminum Frame

Uprights and cross members are 1-1/2 in. square 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion welded at every joint, and the cart is rated to carry 2,500 lb. There are no rivets to work loose under a heavy stack, and aluminum will not rust after a hose-down or a night in the walk-in. The four corner posts keep the stack square while you push it.

5 In. Ball Bearing Swivel Casters, Two With Brakes

Four 5 in. swivel casters with ball bearings and non-marking hard rubber tires let one person roll a tall stack of pans over tile without scuffing the floor. Two brakes hold the cart still while it is loaded and unloaded.
