The Alexander Industries CG-100 Cup and Glass Rack
The Alexander Industries CG-100 is a mobile end loading aluminum cup and glass rack that holds 8 standard 20 x 20 in. dish racks (racks not included) on 6-1/2 in. slide spacing. It is built for dish rooms and bars that wash glasses and cups in 20 x 20 in. racks and need to air dry, store and move them without unloading each rack. The unit rolls on four swivel casters and arrives knocked down for assembly, with factory assembly available as an option.
6-1/2 In. Slide Spacing for 8 Glass Racks
The 6-1/2 in. spacing clears a full 20 x 20 in. rack of glasses or cups with room to lift it out, and the open end loading frame lets the dishwasher slide a wet rack straight in from the front. Eight racks ride in a 22-1/2 in. square footprint that fits beside a dish machine or in a hallway.
6061-T6 Aluminum Extrusion Frame
Uprights and cross members are 1 in. square 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion, and each tray runner is a 1-7/16 x 1-7/8 in. extrusion of the same alloy. Corners are tied together with .100 in. thick 3003-H14 aluminum brackets and aircraft quality aluminum rivets, so your rack stays square after years in a wet dish room without rusting.
5 In. Ball Bearing Swivel Casters
Four 5 in. swivel casters with ball bearings and non-marking hard rubber tires roll a loaded rack across tile without scuffs. Donut bumpers, a tray stopper, a sanitary rack cover and a pair of locking casters are available as options.
