The Alexander Industries CR-427-FF C Can Rack
The Alexander Industries CR-427-FF C is a first in first out aluminum can dispenser rack that holds 144 #5 or #10 cans, loads and empties from the front, and rolls on 5 in. platform casters. It is the mobile version of the CR-427-FF for school kitchens, hospitals and commissaries that park the rack against a wall and want to roll it out for cleaning or receiving. The rack arrives fully welded and ready to use.
First In First Out From the Front
New cans go in at the top of each sloped level and roll to the bottom, where the cook takes the next can from the same face of the rack. Your oldest stock is always the first one out, without anyone reaching around the back. Open sides let you read labels and count inventory in place.
Welded .093 In. Aluminum Frame
Uprights and cross members are 1-1/2 in. square 0.093 in. wall aluminum, and the tray runners are 1 x 2 in. 0.093 in. aluminum. Cross members are welded to the uprights and the frame is joined with high tensile aluminum rivets and welds, so the 76 in. frame stays square under a full load. Aluminum will not rust in a damp storeroom.
5 In. Platform Casters
Four 5 in. platform casters carry the loaded rack, so one person can pull it away from the wall to mop behind it or roll it to the receiving door on delivery day.
