The cover is made of transparent heavy duty polished vinyl, so you can see what is on every slide without opening it, and it shields food from airborne bacteria, insects, humidity and drafts.
Four Heavy Duty Zippers
Four heavy duty zippers open the cover from more than one side, so your crew can pull or load pans quickly and zip it closed again without lifting the whole cover off the rack.
