The Alexander Industries SUKD3-3-24 is a 36 x 24 in. aluminum cooler and freezer shelving unit with three adjustable shelves on a 60 in. tall frame. It is a stationary unit built for a narrow walk-in bay, a chef's dry storage nook or a bar back room. The unit arrives knocked down for assembly and is rated for a 2,000 lb load.
1-1/2 In. Square Aluminum Tube Shelves
Each shelf is built from 1-1/2 in. square aluminum tube with a .0093 in. wall, and a 24 in. wide shelf carries five tube supports running its length. Aluminum will not rust in a walk-in cooler or freezer where condensation and daily hose-downs eat through painted wire, and the open tube slats let cold air move around cases and pans instead of trapping it under a solid deck.
Adjustable Shelves on 1-1/4 In. Tube Legs
The four legs are 1-1/4 in. o.d. aluminum tube with a .125 in. wall and plastic caps at both ends, so the feet do not scar a cooler floor. Each shelf locks to the legs with only four set screws, which makes assembly fast and lets you reset shelf height when your case sizes change.
2,000 Lb Load Capacity
The frame is rated to hold 2,000 lb, enough for cased produce, bagged flour, kegs and stacked lugs across three shelves. Other sizes are available from Alexander if the 36 x 24 in. footprint does not fit your room.
