The 25 inch by 16 inch cooking surface is built from a 1/4 inch thick polished heavy-duty steel plate that delivers uniform heat distribution across the entire griddle. This thickness improves heat retention and recovery, allowing operators to maintain stable cooking temperatures during peak service without hot or cold spots.
