Triple Independent Bowls with Double Mixing System

The GRA-123 features three clear polycarbonate bowls, each with its own independent operation. A built-in double mixing system continuously agitates product to prevent ice buildup on the evaporator, maintaining smooth, uniform texture while reducing mechanical stress. This design improves reliability and helps extend component life in high-volume environments.

Air-Cooled Refrigeration with R404a

An air cooling system using R404a refrigerant provides dependable freezing performance without requiring water connections.
